Brad is originally from Ontario. He attended Queen’s University for an undergraduate degree in Biology and then attended Law School at Western. Brad began his legal career in Toronto and subsequently moved to Calgary in 2006.
Brad has appeared as counsel before all levels of Court in Alberta. He has also appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Financial Services Commission of Ontario (FSCO). He has experience with large, complex multi-party litigation. Brad strives to provide his clients with practical, timely and cost-effective service and advice to obtain results that matter.
Brad has developed a significant insurance litigation practice representing insurers on a wide variety of issues. Brad’s practice is primarily focused on personal injury litigation arising out of motor vehicle accidents, industrial accidents and occupier’s liability incidents; catastrophic personal injury and fatality claims; disability claims; product liability; professional liability and construction litigation.
On construction matters, Brad has represented developers, contractors and homeowners in various construction-related matters including contract disputes, delay claims and builders liens.
Brad is actively involved with providing seminars to clients to promote continuing education and to address various issues relating to his various practice areas. He has also volunteered as an evaluator with CPLED.
When he is not working, Brad tries to stay active by playing hockey, skiing, biking and hiking, all while keeping up with his young family.
