Cameron has been practicing insurance and general commercial litigation for more than 25 years in the Provinces of Alberta and Ontario. During his legal career, he has represented a variety of corporate, individual and municipal insureds in complex litigation disputes. His practice encompasses a wide range of property and casualty claims, including property damage, bodily injury claims and occupiers’ liability matters. He acts in professional liability and product liability matters and his practice also includes representing insurers on potential bad faith claims. He has also prosecuted and defended a variety of contractual disputes for private and public corporations.
Cameron has experience in a number of trials in both Alberta and Ontario. He has appeared in the Court of Queen’s Bench and the Court of Appeal on liability and assessment of damages matters. He works diligently with clients and other legal counsel to obtain timely and cost-effective legal solutions. He has extensive experience representing clients in multi-party dispute resolution processes. He has presented on a variety of litigation topics over the years to client groups and members of the public.
When not practicing law, Cameron enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
